Questions
Does my host need the app?
No. They open the report link in any browser, on any phone or computer, without an account.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. You can do a whole job without an account. You only sign in, with a code sent to your email, when you send your first report.
What if I have no signal at the property?
Everything is saved on your phone as you work. Photos upload when you're back online, and the report goes out then.
Who can see my reports?
Only people you send the link to. Report pages are hidden from search engines, and you can stop a link at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel Pro?
In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, like any other subscription.
