Agreement
By using SpotlessProof you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What SpotlessProof does
SpotlessProof is a tool for cleaners and cleaning businesses. It records turnovers with checklists and photos, and sends hosts a report. SpotlessProof is not a party to any agreement between you and a host, guest or property owner. Any charge you list for damage or missing items is between you and the host; SpotlessProof does not collect or guarantee payments.
Your account and content
- Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in to your account.
- You own the photos and information you add. You give us permission to store, process and show them only as needed to run SpotlessProof, for example to sync your phones and show your reports to the people you send them to.
- You are responsible for your content. You need the right to take and share your photos, and permission to add hosts' contact details. Don't upload illegal content, or photos of people taken without their consent.
- Anyone with a report link can view that report. Send links only to the right people, and stop a link in the app if it goes to the wrong person.
Free and Pro plans
The Free plan includes a limited number of properties and reports each month, as shown in the app. SpotlessProof Pro removes those limits and adds custom branding and damage charges.
- Pro is a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you buy. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse SpotlessProof: no attempts to reach other users' data, overload or disrupt the service, get around plan limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
The app works offline and syncs when it can. We work to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything critical, for example by saving or sharing the PDF of important reports. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut SpotlessProof down, we will give reasonable notice so you can save your reports.
No warranty and limitation of liability
SpotlessProof is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost data, or disputes between you and hosts, guests or owners. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for SpotlessProof in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using SpotlessProof at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use SpotlessProof after an update means you accept it.
Apple
If you use SpotlessProof on iOS, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
